DO YOU SHIP FROM CHINA?

Absolutely not. We have our inventory fully stocked here in the United States of America. Not only that, but we typically process orders same day which means little to no waiting for your flying orb to arrive. We work closely with USPS, and every order will have a tracking number, so you can know exactly where your orb is at all times. Of course, delivery times vary on a lot of factors, but most fly orbs arrive within 4-5 business days of order.

ARE THESE PRODUCTS FRAGILE?

While anything can be broken, they are more durable than you might think. Our products are very well built with durability and safety in mind.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP WITHIN THE USA?

About 80% of our orders are processed same day. What this means to you is that your flying orb will likely be delivered within 4-5 days of your order, if not the following business day. Of course, all USPS delivery times will vary, but the majority of customers will get their order within 4-5 business days after shipping. However, please remember this is the hottest gift of 2023. We ask you wait 7 business days before reaching out and that you please give us patience but as always, feel free to Contact Us if you have any questions.

Please make sure your address is correct. If an order is returned due to invalid address the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless it is a carrier error. All unclaimed orders will be donated to charity.

We rely on the tracking information provided by USPS, UPS and FEDEX. If your package is reported delivered we cannot replace your package. All shipping times listed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed as there may be carrier delays along its route that are beyond our control. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Products must be returned in their original package in new, unopened condition. You must notify us of intention to make return within 30 days of receiving your order. Actual shipping charges will not be refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can Contact Us. If your return is accepted, you'll need to ship your item back to us in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

All items are QA'd before shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photo/video evidence of the damage, as well as your name, email and order number so we can assist with an exchange promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less a 30% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
